for all you athletes a good tip to get into is drinking tons of water during training and no matter what sport you do staying hydrated is key from people getting sick after awhile especially out in the brutal heat for all the outdoor sport people . Even those who are also just wanting to workout its so crucial to drink water because if you dont then you will not like what happens
