The most important thing especially being able to stay in shape is to figure out a steady workout schedule where you can devote at least 1 hour of your day to go to the gym and workout or even from home to do abs or somekind of workout that you will feel good afterwards because the more you workout the stronger your body gets and the more muscle u develop the happier you will be.
