One of the best ways to maintain a steady body condition is to become active and the way to do that is to start going to the gym at least 3 times a week to start off with. Then as u get comfortable increase the days you go to 4 times a week and then so on and so forth but also set up a workout routine where one day you work on upper body exercises like the arms chest and core and then another day could be lower body like legs, gluts, and your thighs. once you get into the routine the rest becomes like second nature.
