One of the best ways to stay fit and healthy is to start with a plan to be able to keep in shape and one of the best ways to do that is to start eating healthy. first thing to do is to cut off all sugars since sugar causes the body to create glucose which causes the body to start on the unhealthy path. the second thing to do is to start with eating lots of fruits vegetables and also less carbs and eating more meats to stimulate more growth in the muscle groups and to also strengthen the bones and tendons.
